The HPHWH3 is commonly purchased as part of a package that includes an HPH1000 controller and a dash mount combo light / rocker switch (HPH DLRS).   This harness also provides a 2 pin male delphi that provides a convenient connection for a blower.  If connecting a blower the customer may also consider purchasing the HPH BLW1-3 haness that provides fused protection for the connected blower.  It can also be purchased seperately as replacement part.  The HPHWH3 features the following:
 
 Generous, 12 foot, spade terminated power leads for connection to a 12VDC source.
 11.5 foot, spade terminated leads for connection of a dash mount combo light / rocker switch (HPH DLRS).
 All cables are protected with flame retardant (UL-94 / V2), polypropylene wire loom rated for installations from -40°F to 275°F.
